HP dv8000 keyboard replacement Help

Anyone have a diagram or what I need to do to replace my keyboard on my laptop hp Pavilion zd8000, I bought a new one and need to figure out how to replace it.

Anyone have a diagram or what I need to do to replace my keyboard on my laptop hp Pavilion zd8000, I bought a new one and need to figure out how to replace it.

First, you need to remove the top siding of your notebook... The keyboard can be replaced from beneath it... you have to remove the plastic cover and unscrew any screws that is bolted against the keyboard. Under it, is a small ribbon, usually it's black... a clip holds it together, push it in, or sideways, depends... and snap it out and replace it with the new one.

I just got my keyboard replacement. Any idea how it's done on the 8000? I dont want to damage anything and want to do it the easy way.
