8800 Ultra benchmarks

Will it be better than the R600? Price, power usage, etc.? some how, the benchmarks don't impress me. I mean, I was kinda expecting a lot more from this thing. And arnt those speed just theororetical? I mean, sure it can process that, but how can you get all that info to it that fast to reach such a potential?

I don't think that the present processors and memory speed will utilize this. That is the wall with this thing, it will probably be a notch ahead of the R600. I can guarantee it is more efficient than the developing R600, maybe ATI will surprise me though. Whoever said "the is no such thing as too much", BS!!

In terms of performance 8800 Ultra may be better

But in terms of price and power usage, R600 is better

2900XT will be priced at $399, and it is slightly faster than 8800GTS but slower than 8800GTX

However, 2900XTX might get delayed to June, so we don't know anything about it Yet.

ATI has always been raping PSU's, yeah, right in the exhaust fan. How will they suddenly turn around and make their cards with better efficiency?
