AMAZING!!!
but jesus christ you have wayyyyyy too much money. how much does that all amount to in American dollars? oh wait, one point, why did you skimp out on the hard drive?
oh and any creative sound card if your motherboard doesn't already support 7.1

Dont go with the raptor get a nice sata II harddrive around 250 GB's or more with 16 MB cache and it will be plenty fast and cheaper than the raptor with more harddrive space.

I figure I am not to worried about HD space.

Also how do I find out if my mobo is compatable with 7.1 surround sound?

Kent.

Looks pretty good in addition to suggestions of the others about the HDD possibly. But..

2 8800GTXes in SLI might be just a bit overkill. I suppose if you really really think you'd need them and have a ton of money to spend go ahead. I think 1 would be enough for what you have.

Quad-core is still very new technology, and will probably not be fully utilized for another couple years...

To be honest, I find it rather dumb to spend this much on a computer. No offense, but why not spend about half that amount for a decent system, and then build another for around the same price in say a year or two...?

Thats a nice build you got there, wish i could get my self somat like that. As for a sound card I've heard that this is upposed to be a good one (a bit expensive but inline with the budget of your other parts)

Just a suggestion, but wouldn't you rather downgrade your PC a bit and spend money on a decent hifi sound system as a goof hifi lasts much longer than a good pc <(thats what i would do), but if you dont really listen to music theres probably no point.

Holy F***ing S***! Dude, seriously how much money do you have???

I agree with the first post, Any 7.1 Creative sound card would go perfectly with this rig.

Its like the ultimate PC in my oppinion.

But not as good as these Boxx PCs, Browse their products :)

Or a Cray - thats just rediculous (30,000 processors lol)

nice build. although it will be way over powered for any games currently on the market.
even the pc in my sig seems to be, and its no way near as good as yours.

as for a hard drive...you gotta get a nice big one. sure you don't think you'll need it now, but how many can say they've never needed a bigger one? you can get a 320gb seagate barracuda sata drive for under a hundred bucks and there great (got 3 in this pc).

also, why only the 2gb of ram? most modern games will make use of much more then that. the rest of the pc looks great, i'm thinking the ram will be the main limiter when it comes to doing stuff.

I am getting 4Gb of ram, see how it says 2x 4gb of OCZ? :D

Also to DrCuddles all the Boxx pc's are Designed for 3D Enviroments, and Rendering, I only wish I could get one of those HAHA Good laef Good Laef, I am pretty happy with my pc.

As for the situaition on the HD I am sure that I will just stick with my raptor, and then when I get to 30Gb space left on it I will buy something larger.

make sure you get good Water cooling to go with the XLC

nah water cooling for a pc like this is too crap. he should get something like an air conditioning case. water cooler is not enought lol since over clocking like crazy on thsi pc is almost a must, or else it would have been a major waste on such beauty.:D
