I want to over clock my Pentium D 805 to 3Ghz. (new Cooling fan is coming soon)

here is the list of hardware i have.

Foxconn 865G7MF-SH LGA 775 Intel 865G Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
PNY VCG62128AWB GeForce 6200 128MB DDR AGP 4X/8X Video Card
G.SKILL 1GB (2 x 512MB) 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 400 (PC 3200) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F1-3200PHU2-1GBNS
Intel Pentium D 805 Smithfield 2.66GHz LGA 775 Dual Core,EM64T Processor Model BX80551PE2666FN
Western Digital Caviar SE WD800JB 80GB 7200 RPM IDE Ultra ATA100
Antec SmartPower 2.0 SP-400 ATX12V 400W Power Supply

But I don't know how to go about it. Here are pictures of my Bios, Do i have any over clocking options?

Notice that my DDR400 is not ruing at full speed. I can't seems to find the setting for the 200/400, is there any other settings i need to enable before 200/400 will appear? DDR frequency is set to Auto right now, which is running the fastest speed available on the frequency setting. My mobo does suport 400.

Here are screen shots from the CPUz

Please help me. I know i am doing this on my own risk so i will not blame anyone the over clocking go bad.

Please give me some instructions on how to go about this if you have a good knowledge on this topic.

thanks

I've never fully understood what OverClocking is, can somebody ellaborate for me? I have a basic knowledge... Just explain like how you do it and what it is used for and what it is really :)

It's when you raise the FSB of a CPU, making it clock higher. You increase it's speed, normally through the BIOS. Doing this will get better performance, but also increase the heat. The C2D's are meant to be really good OC'ers, you can get E6600 speeds on an E6300. I just haven't tried it yet :P

I can see why you want to :)

Hmmm, if i get more fans or another way of colling my pc down i think ill go for it sometime :)
