I just overclock my cpu

OK, I just overclock my CPU intel 650 800 bus speed and 3.4mhz now the mzh reads@3909mhz what is the new mhz speed now I think is 3.9 instead of 3.4 but I am not sure. Can some tell me? The CPU fan that I have is real good idle is 34c and 47 full load I think I could overclockit a little more, I also change the RAM voltage from 1.85 to 1.95
 
it is 3.6ghz now, when you hit 1000mhz=1ghz, and remember to check if there are pci-e locks etc, you may be stressing your video card and ram, make sure your ram can handle the extra voltage and speed

ok, the rated FSB is 920.0mhz and the video card that I have is a nvidia 7600gt I overclockit from 1400 to 1450 and the Ram 2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 533 (PC2 4200) Dual Channel, so I should I decrease the RAM voltage?
