How to Overclock this combo - Been Out Too Long

I have a P4 2.8 C with a MSI PT 880 board. I have 2 sticks of 256 Buffalo PC-3200 Ram. Every time I try to put the FSB up even to 203 the computer freezes or crashes. The min voltage to select is 1.52 and it can go up to 1.82. I am not really sure how to use the memory functions on this board. I have it set on the memory set to the chip but I think that is what my problem is.

Any help would be much appreciated.

P.S. I know this system is old but back in the day it was what everyone was talking about. The Buffalo PC-3200 was a special kind that overclocked like crazy. I've also got a 9800 SE that I modded to a Pro. I don't even know what any of the new stuff is these days. I would love to build a new rig but I spend 95% of my time on a laptop and the only thing I really use my desktop to do is play 1995 Command and Conquer Red Alert and burn DVD's.

On the BIOS page you were in to change FSB and whatnot, on the bottom do you see any menu/setting for "Spread Spectrum Confuration"? If so, enter that menu and disable CPU Spread Spectrum

Spread Spectrum is disabled. On another page there is an AGP and Memory setting. I changed the memory setting to by SPD instead of turbo and then I was able to change the FSB up to 210 and it was running P95 at around 67c after about an hour.
