Officially tigerdirect.ca is overpricing shit lol, it would be good if you can get the one with fan, but you could always buy the cheapest one and buy a fan/thermal grease better than stock cooling i guess

.. well if you plan on overclocking then the stock HSF is completely useless anyways .. so go with the OEM one .. even if u dont overclock .. the stock HSF jst sucks .. intel makes crappy stock HSF ...

So is the only difference between the 2 the fan?

Im not planning on overclocking anyways and im getting a zalman heatsink/fan soon anyways.

The stock cooler for my P4 is just fine. How do they make crappy ones? I think the one for my old Athlon XP was crappy, but it did just fine as well. All stock heatsinks arnt gonna be that great, since they arnt made for major OCing....
