Wired or Wireless Mouse

I was just wondering which is less costing and easier to use for my old laptop, a wired or wireless mouse? My old laptop only has one USB port and only one PS/2 port.

Well I think the cost option is pretty obvious... A wired mouse will be cheaper than a wireless. In the end it's all up to you. I just got a Logitech LX7 and I'm pleased with it over-all. Perhaps a bit overkill if you're laptop's old, but it could be considered ;)

Newegg also had some nice mice... "Fire Line" I got two shipped for $20. They are basic wired USB mice, 800dpi. You really can't beat them for the price(and if they still have them...)

There's also some fairly cheap USB hubs that you can get, just be sure that you use the external power supply with the hub when you're using the mouse. (The mouse needs power from the USB port, and a hub won't provide it without the power supply...)

Not true. When at school, I have a USB hub connected to my mouse and printer so I only have one cable going to my laptop. It powers the Fireline mouse I have just fine without using an external power source.
