Problem with EI system 3001

My laptop will not boot up. When I switch it on I immediately get three audible beeps and nothing else. I can't find the user manual. does anybody know what the three beeps mean?

what brand is the laptop, the three beeps is an error code, i'd start out by going to the manufacturer website and looking up the error codes for that particular model to see what it means.

I work with Ei Systems. Remove the battery, and hold down the button fior 15 secs, then re insert the battery, and try booting., If doesnt solve issue. Take the ram out and boot the laptop and let us know the status when you boot it with no ram.

Thanks. Got the problem sorted. The memory chip had worked itself loose and I just had to push it back in again.
