computer continuously restarts

the problem is on my AMD 64 rig.

so i was reinstalling ati multimedia center for my ati AIW 9800pro. i just got done installing the "encoder package" and it asks me if i want to restart, so i click yes, and waits for it to restart the computer.

heres when the problem comes in, windows would boot up all the way to the welcome screen, then stays for about 5 seconds and then it would automatically restart and this goes on in a continuous cycle. i tried gettin into safe-mode, both admin, and my account, but the same thing happens.

iono wat to do, and i reli reli reli do not want to reinstall windows cuz i have a bunch of important things on there plus, if i do so, i wont be sleeping anytime soon. i need this fixed as soon as possible because im also having a lan party tomo...

any ideas on how to fix this?

For a 17 year old, you sure cant spell....at all. iono if its mi bu u wuld tink a 17 yer ol wuld b abl to spel.
