Computer Reboots and will not start up

Have you gone into your BIOS and checked your temperatures to make sure that your CPU (for example) isn't overheating? Also have you ran applications like memtest to check your memory modules? How far does it get before restarting? (past POST? Before POST? etc) Do you have a bootable disk you can use (such as the MS Operating System Disc) just to check that it isn't hardware related (as if you can get as far as loading the CD and booting from it, you know it isn't temps as it would have restarted way before it got that far etc).

Okay it gets to initial setup page where it shows hard drive info then reboots over and over. How can I flash the bios. I think it has a memory virus.

From what I know there is no such thing as a memory, or RAM, virus. RAM only stores temporary data while your computer is operating and upon every shutdown / reboot the RAM gets completely wiped clean. If anything software based it's an Operating System issue. Try booting up from the install CD and repair Windows. Flashing your BIOS won't fix this problem. Try running Memtest upon boot and check your temps in your BIOS.

Okay i got the computer to try to load the XP, but it gets to a certain point then the computer starts to reboot. U think the motherboard is bad?

From my personal experience of a similar situation, I would say it's either temperature related or hardware at fault, yes. Did you check your temperatures in your BIOS? If you're machine is restarting you'd better try and find your way to the temps fast and see if any are above 45 - 50C from first boot.
