Creative Zen Vision M Problems.

I brought vision:m from ebay in may, and i have a problem with connecting it to my pc. the player is on, but my pc won't connect. i don't know what else to do.

Have you gotten the latest version of the interface software? There may be some new security patches for XP that is causing some problems that a newer version of the software would hopefully fix.

nope i have sp1.

Go into Windows Media Player, and go to Sync.... if it doesn't show up press F5, that might work.

i had problems with my zen vison m, i had to reformat it and lost everything.

it could be hardware or software and may need to upgrade the firmware, www.europe.creative.com

try it on a different pc
