Looking for a BIOS update

Hey i have a DFI Lanparty UT nF4 Ultra-D NF4U91 100R mother board and i am looking for the BIOS update. I have searched for some time but i dont know if i have found the right one and i am scared to know what might happen if i download the wrong one. If anyone knows which BIOS update i could use could you please help me? Thanks so much

if its not broken dont fix it ! if it is be carefull updating a bios can go wrong in many ways.

well most boards can recover from a bad flash. it is a feature.

It wasn't always that way. I fried an MSI MOBO the first time I tried to flash a new BIOS. BTW nice rig..

Took the words right out of my mouth. Unless there is an actual required update(say for a new processor or to fix a bug, DO NOT UPDATE. Seriously, there will be no gain and it's very easy to ruin a perfectly good motherboard.
