CPU help please.

hey,

I'm having problems with my CPU speed, when I open game software(MapleStory) my CPU speed goes from High to Low, and I have to ALT TAB out and change it back to high, is their anyway of fixing this problem: screen shot of my screen& eManegment.

That's the software I use on my laptop. It gives you much more freedom than most other software, and you can disable any other speeds so it's locked at full speed(assuming that's what you want.)

I agree with The_Other_One about that software and btw get firefox, since IE sucks pretty badly
