Take a lot time to wakeup…

I have ACER travel mate 290 and using hibernate very often. From times to times it takes about 10 minutes to wakeup it, other times it opens instantly and I can not understand the reason…

Anybody have the same problem?

you can always clean you computer to see if something happens.
try disc clean up and chkdsk.....
i do it and i really trust these two guys. please come back and report the results.

whats the Specs of your Acer ?
Also it is known that memory causes this and other apps that was running, and also try what Alexandergre said.
Your lappy most probably have fragmented files

if you put it in hibernation with programs running it has to wake these programs before it will start. turn them off first

You know, I've seen my Averatec take a couple minutes to wake up before(from suspend, not hibernation) I think it really depends on what's running in the background.
