I might want to play WOW but i want a nother game that you dont have to pay monthly!

You really cant compare them since they are both quite different. Battlefield 2 is modern day shooter and Battlefield 2142 is a futerisitc shooter. In my opinion Battlefield 2 is better but they both are still great games.

Yea BF2 is a great game if you can actually play the darn thing :P Your system will run it fine with everything on high settings. I def recommend BF2
 
WoW is worth the $15 a month... unfortunately it consumes your social life and take over your health, so it's not worth it in the long run.

I'd agree with BF2
 
X3 with Xtended mod installed
It's a game that goes on and on a space simulator with everything but no multiplayer. it would show off your computer spec. I've been on it 5 hrs a day for a a year and now the mod is out adding 70 more ships you can buy and loads of new sctors to explore. it's the deepest game I know off massive learing curve and dynamic space and econamy.

Armed Assault
Best war simulator out there 200sq mile island unlimited battle editing and units. 100 v 100 players online.

Medieval Total War 2
stratagy and medieval war

Keep an eye out for Bio shock the graphics in that are next gen will be a bit like Halflife 2 but in an under water city with dynamic enemy Ai.
