without that i cant do a thing:(

any suggestions?
Thanks

You do not have vMware tools installed. At the very bottom of the window.

dream linux is live. vmtools won't work, there are distros that doesn't work with virtual hard disk, instead give it access to a physical partition.
This very afternoon i was trying ZENWALK i couldn't install it as it didn't see any hard drives

ohh i didnt know that...i thought you could install it to a virtual drive:cool:

ohh well at least i can try it in live mode....i like it so far and it looks real nice:)

if only it was Mac Osx:D

there it is, i captured the screen. it says no partition, i assigned a physical disk made it persistent and what not but it never works..guess im gonn have to burn zenwalk and get a hard drive to install on..damn

i wonder why they made it so you cant run on Vmware though ?
