Need suggestions on CPU and case cooling and PSU

CPU Fan

Lately my computer has been freezing lately and I'm pretty sure it's due to overheating (my CPU got to 67C then my PC froze). So I was wondering what CPU heatsink I should get? I'm looking for a pretty quiet one, the Cool Master that came with my computer is very loud. When I was looking I figured the Zalman 9700 would be the best buy because it is the most recent and most expensive but I saw it can be as loud as 35dBa.

Case

I'm looking for a good ATX mid tower case. Preferably black with blueish colors. I was thinking about getting the Antec 900 since I can get it for $90 at a store near me. I was looking at Apevia cases and was wondering which has a better build quality, Antec or Apevia. I want it to look good and keep cool. I might take it to a LAN once a year.

Case Fans

How does RPM effect the noise and airflow the fan produces? Can anyone recommend good fans that are quiet and have a blue LED?

Power Supply

I'm looking for a new ATX power supply under $70. I was thinking about getting this.

So I've decided on the case, I'm getting an Antec 900. About the CPU, in a case like the Antec 900, how loud is 35dBa?

Finally, for the case fans, I wanted a blue LED 120mm for the side and the scythe fans are pretty expensive but they are very silent. I will look for them in future builds. Can someone please post a sound clip of their PC running, I can't really tell how loud 30 dBa is. Plus with the combined of my CPU fan, four 120mm, and the 200mm, I'm wondering how loud this will be more than cool.

Oh it'll be cool, but that will be kinda loud. If your that worried about cooling check out watercooling. I doubt you need THAt many fans.
