releasing the 8900 any time soon meaning they would have to drop the price for the 8800 or jack up the price for the 8900 to over 1000 lmao
I would think the price for the 8800 would drop, I think they have made a pretty good profit already. I am not going to buy Nvidia if they start trying to push a monopoly.

you seem to like to buy stuff that arent even out yet i think by the time 9900 series come out you still havent decide what to get because they kept announcing their next line

no official news yet. But should hold on to ur purches if u r about to buy nvidia's GPU. Since the price on the 8800 series is going to drop for sure.

I will probably wait on it, I doubt the E6850 is going to come out with the price being $266, anyway. If I get impatient, I will probably buy an 8800GTX, or SLI 8800GTS's.
No point in buying the 8900.. the 9-series is coming out by the end of this year, according to nvidia. They are going to start releasing new card generations every year apparently.
