1. Download this file - combofix.exe
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

Then rename Hijackthis.exe to scanner.exe and post a new log, along with the report from Combofix.

That combo fix you gave me is kinda odd. after i downloaded it my avg popped up saying Warning. hidden extenstion.bat found in combo fix . so im not sure if it can do good things for my computer if avg is warning be about it.

Edit:

It only happens when i run combofix but i exited it as i had a windows explorer open. thats when it popped up

If you don't want to use that program, try XoftSpy. You can run a scan and see what you have, but you will have to pay for it. I think its $40 and you get RegCure to go with it.

I know everyone hates to pay for programs, but this one is excellent. It has found all sorts of stuff for me, including key loggers.

It's perfectly safe to run it, look around some other threads here.

Ive done as you said but renaming hijack this didnt seem to do anything but here are both logs.

This is the combofix one:

2. Go http://virusscan.jotti.org/ And upload the file "isadd.dll" from your System32 folder to scan. Delete it if something found, otherwise, just leave it.

3. Go http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html and download SpywareBlaster. Install it, run updates, click "Enable All Protection", this will prevent most Spywares from further infecting your system.

4. Run a Complete Scan from AVG. Make sure you check "Apply All Action", delete/quranteen anything it finds.

5. Go http://www.atribune.org/content/view/19/2/ to download AFT-Cleaner. If you use IE as your browser, then just check "Select All", then click "Empty Selected". If you use Firefox, click on the Firefox tab on top, check "Select All" then "Empty Selected". This will clean the temp folder(s) and cache.

6. Run Spybot S&D and delete whatever it finds.

7. Reboot in Safe Mode again, run HiJackThis and save a new log, post it back.

Come back when you know what you're talking about..:)
