Where can I buy these diagnostic tools

Hey guys, I'm not sure what these are called but they are tools used to run diagnostics on your computer to check for problems. I know theres one for your PSU and another that checks the boot sequence and reads code to LEDS. They plug into PCI slot and the PSU one plugs into a connector. Anyone know where I can buy these at?

Anyone know of any sites to buy these from for a fair price? The basic setup (PSU & POST checks must be included)
