Case button conection to mobo

I just bought a Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R and am trying to install it inside of a Cooler Master Centurion 5 CAC-T05-UB. It is all done except that the cables to hook up the power button and front ports are only marked with a "G" and a filled in triangle. The mobo asks for positive and negative but how do I tell which is which is which?

Is there a book that come with the case? Also on some cases the wires or the plastic piece on the end will have a "+" and "-" symbol on it, you could double check that

Does the power button have two connector heads and a ground or two connectors including a ground? If it has only two just plug it up, of course. If it has a ground and the two connectors, just find some way to wire the ground to the metal on the case.

I finally figured out that the G and triangle had nothing to do with it, it was the color of the wires into the connectors.
