Keylogger/Trojan

If I have a keylogger or a trojan, and I am using Avast!, and I run a Spy Bot Search and Destroy scan. That gets rid of it, right?

Not necessarily, depends what you've got.

Well Avast! noticed it, and I think I clicked remove.
Then I ran a Spy Bot Search and Destroy, cleared stuff out, then I ran an Ad-Aware SE scan, which came out to 0 found.


Am I good now?

If Avast caught it then you're ok. Post a Hijackthis log if you like to check.

Man dude don't argue EVER EVER with buzz on this topic hahaha.

Do what he tells you to man and it can save your pc.

Theres alot of stealth keylogers out there that can't be detected often times except by using special techniques although I doubt that's the case for you.

Post a hijack log this and some of the experts on here can tell ya.
