Changing Hosting

Ok I made a PhPbb forum..........I use the term made VERY loosely . It is on free host at bizhat.com. Is there away for me to bring the forum over to a different host and domain without having to redo everything?

Errrm you should be able to back up the data and move it across to another forum by logging into it as admin, then in the left column of the admin panel go to general admin>backup.

In there you can do a full back up to your PC. After you got your new forum up and running do the same again to general admin then Restore Database.
