I got a promo code and is knocks off $40 making it $70, would it run one 8800?

I probably wont get it, maybe some one else would be interested....

Well i sorta know it will run a 8800. Its not to do with the watts, its the amps...this one has a combined rating of 54a on 3 12v rails which is good. But i dont know about the quality
