I'm trying to make a computer that is setup like this to be around the $700 range, not sure if it's even possible, but i was wondering if some things i have were unnecessary and i could get a different product for a little bit cheaper. Thanks for any help that anyone gives, i appreciate it.

I usually don't really like to overclock, it's always just scared me a little bit. That little thought of something happening in the back of my mind was always too much. If you can chip off a significant amount of money by me OCing though, go right ahead, i'm open for any input. I'm mostly going to be using it for gaming.

awesome, thanks guys. Last thing i want to do is end up screwed with a shitty piece of hardware. How about a budget case?

You're just asking for trouble with that Rosewill PSU

If Tigerdirect were working tonight, I would show you an Ultra PSU

The one i linked was the "Ultra / X-Finity / 500-Watt / ATX / 120mm Fan / SATA-Ready / SLI-Ready / Black / Power Supply" for $40.... is that right?
