Gmod, migrating to new PC

I am building my new PC and I bought Gmod 10 for ~$10, how do I migrate it to my new PC? I don't want to have to buy it again, I can save money by doing that.

Steam software is not tied to the PC it was bought on, it instead is tied to the account, for example I can put CS: S on my Dell and this rig and not break the Steam rules.
 
Yup, you just go to www.steampowered.com, download the Steam app, login using your username and password, and all the games you purchased will show up so you can re-download them. I have over 10 games with Steam, so I would be a little upset if I had to re-buy them everytime I reformatted :P
