Thermalright Ultra Extreme, what fan?

I am looking for a fan for the Thermalright Ultra Extreme, I want something that won't go out. I have thought about getting one of these, I might upgrade to one of those SilenX fans that are ~20db with 80cfm. I dunno.....

From heatsinkfactory.com, there's this, which lets you add a really good, really quiet scythe 's-flex' for $14.99 (the ultra 120 costs $44.99), so that's like $60 for the heatsink and fan, (cheaper than newegg)

just looked up the difference between the two. The extreme has 2 more pipes on the side. Anyhow, This is $9.99, got good reviews, 78cfm and 21 dba, good?
