Do you think a budget rig with the fallowing will play Call of Duty 4 decently?

AMD x2 3600+ oc'd 2.5ghz
Tforce 7050pv
4gb Ram
X1950pro

also what would be better, 2gb of NICE ram or 4gb of budget oriented ram?
 
I'm would think that build should be good enough to run COD4 on, I was gonna build a system similar to that..
 
there is no way im going to be able to run that game on my piece of **** Pc

4ngu$, from what i've heard min. specs are, you can play it decently for a computer off newegg for $360....not including an OS
