I'm considering purchasing an HP m8100n. I've read the cnet reviews, but overall I would like opinions from other consumers on their experiences. Have you purchased a HP m8100n? Any hardware failures/problems? Any opinions and/or comments are appreciated!

is not as fast as the core 2 duo but it ran a hell lot cooler considering it uses more wattage. my 6000+ never got pass 40c on load.

Mine overclocked, i idle at around 25-28*c and a average load temps is about 40*C unless its like for 5 mins then it will touch 44-45*c then go back cooler. The core 2 duo's that are faster are also more expensive...(ie: 6600-6850) just my opinion

Well i got a aftermarket cooler so, i guess that done count
