No, 6000+ doesn't beat E6550 even a stock speeds

And E6550 produce much less heat, and consume much less power than 6000+
E6550 consume 65W max
6000+ consume 125W max
So, there is no reason to get a power-hungry CPU like 6000+ even if you don't plan to overclock
