Supposedly MS will be releasing a SP for Vista late this year. But if you're getting a decent PC, probably vista.

Michael Active Member Aug 6, 2007 #8 You can use not-so-compatible-programs by setting the compatibility to 'XP SP2' in Vista, which helps in most cases i've come across.
