Virtual Server?

Is it possible to set up a virtual environment running like windows server 2k3 or the new one 2k8 the beta at least and have it run ad and have a domain for the rest of your real pc's in the house?

If it is what do i need to make this happen?

yes you can, vmware can
i think you should use VMWARE GSX SERVER for this, im my brains serve me right
but ive never tried it though

yes but if you ever want to run linux, windows virtual pc CANT run linux. (some say it is b/c they hate linux )
