I am fan of XFX and this has 30 dollars mail in rebate. Should I get this or is there a better and cheaper one? one more question. if i get 500 mhz one, can i just overclock it to 580 or higher?

That one looks great, but i'd rather go for evga since they have a plan that you return your video card and add some money and you can get a new model when it's out

This card be better. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130081 I had my experince with a 320mb they are crap. I could not run my TR Game (legend) in ng. And for NG it requires a 512mb 3d Accelerated card 7800/X1800 IMO get a 640

According to the reviews that I saw, there is barely any difference between 320MB and 640 version

I would save $100 and get 320MB

will there be a huge difference between this and the one that has 580mhz memory speed? if I tend to overclock both of them, would they be on the similar speed or there would be a huge difference?

at lower resolutions the 320mb and the 640mb are practically the same, but at higher resolutions such as 1400 and above, you will notice a jump in speed. (I believe this only applies to the newest DX10 games)
