Im agree with the rest, if it melted the memory and wireless covers you know the screen would be toast. and why didnt it melt the HDD caddy cover.

I bet it was left in a hot car and they took the covers off to make it look more dramatic

I don't find it that hard to believe. She said it was in the oven for about 5 minutes at 300 degrees, which really means that it was in the oven for 5 minutes while it was heating up to 300 degrees, so the first 2-4 minutes weren't anything much worse than leaving your laptop in a car in the sun.

What i always hate the most is when something goes wrong with a computer and the person was retarded and never backed up.

If any windows corruption ever occurs or the HDD fails you can always format and re-install (or buy a new hdd and re-install), but NO, they always make it harder by not backing up.

To me I think there pretty good. My dad used to work at inteplast with a bunch of 24/7 servers. The Compaq servers died in 10years. Dell's died in or around 25years.

I agree. I like Dell. But people have told me the hard drives in their laptops crash too much. But, that's how it is with most computers.
