would a 2gb DDR2 PC6400 DUAL memory (1gbx2) work with DDR2 533 or DDR 400 (on my mobo)?? my mobo model is ECS P4M800PRO-M (V2.0)

etsa is saying your mobo has 2 slots for 184 pin memory and 2 for 240 pin (which is what ddr2 800 is) so I think just from reading what he said... its a yes.

EDIT::
Max memory = 2GB so if you bought a 2x1GB kit it would be all your mobo can take so any other ram in there you'd have to take out.

i got 2x256mb pc2100 in there xD time for an upgrade

if you upgrade you won't be able to keep that in there because it would downclock the new memory...

Yes, I would have to take out the DDR and replace it with DDR2 for it to be able to work
