Building new computer, need CPU. (Please Read)

I am in the process of building a spare rig for my wife, and i am in need of a LGA775 CPU/HeatsinkFan. The computer i am building is 1GB ddr ram, geforce fx 5200 128mb, with a Creative labs 5.1 surround card. I am wanting a 2.4, or faster processor.

I have a Socket 478 3.0Ghz P4, 800Mhz FSB, 1MB L2 Cache, Prescott Core, and I need a LGA775 CPU. If you have anything, and are interested in trading, please PM me.

That's the point, I need a LGA775, and am willing to trade my Socket 478 P4 for one.
