Need help quick cant install vista cause of Linux!!!!

I installed Ubuntu on my computer now I decided I dont want to use cause I dont have the time to learn how to use it so I want to install vista but I cant cause it says its not formatted to NTFS. So can you guys help me?
 
oh so vista is not seeing the linux partition ?..lol
then boot into ubuntu again and use the partitioning tool to format the drive as NTFS

From what I can tell just by looking around it looks like a very good OS you just need to learn how to use it and I dont have the time for it right now which is why I wanted to put vista back on.
