Yep, you could certainly classify it as a Smitfraud/Zlob trojan. SmitfraudFix removes Privacy Danger as well but ComboFix targets other related malware which often comes bundled.

Well smitfraudfix ONLY targets smitfraud infections, ComboFix is more of a general tool. (Right? lol)
