Well I want to get a better graphics card but I can't spend to much money, I would get a PCI-E card but then I would basically need a new computer to do that so I'll stick to what I've got and go with an AGP card. What do you reckon I should get? definately less than £100, hopefully around £50-60. What are your suggestions?

The best card on the market is a ATI RADEON X1950PRO 512mb Click this.
This costs £93.19 Ex VAT
£109.50 Inc VAT This is the cheapest and best card on the market

This is comperhension to the Pro VS 7600GT

20FPS MORE!

Between a 7900GS http://www23.tomshardware.com/graphics_2007.html?modelx=33&model1=725&model2=712&chart=275 15Fps more in a pro.

No they are all 256mb versions so with 512mb you will score 10Fps more

nice! is the 7600GS similar to the GT's performance? I only ask as I can get that from a shop near me, they don't seem to have the GT

no it's the 256 version. The 512 is alot more (nearly twice the price)

7600GT is better because it has faster speeds

7600GS is not powerful enough to take the advantage of 512MB memory. So, the extra memory is useless

It is. Thats why the never gave it in 256mb versions because it had 50% more specs. so the 7600GS is only good for the pixel pipe lines and 512mb GDDR3 memory

The 7600GS and 7600GT both have 12 pipelines, the only difference is the GS has slower core and memory, but neither will benefit much going to 512mbs from 256 of memory especially the GS.

well I don't have many games (or even time to play them!) so it wouldn't be a big issue. I used to have loads of great games but they're not so great anymore. I think Guild Wars is the most graphical game I have at the moment and that will play on my backup laptop so the graphics don't need to be to special... but all the same I think I might go for the 7600GT. Thanks for your help guys!
