OK, any ideas? how should I explain it?

There is this site that I use regularly but recently they do not allow any body that live in US use their Search. It will be this way for ever due to some reason.

Is there a way to mask my IP so that my pc will appear from some other country? thus allowing me to use the search?

Anybody got concerns pm me I will sent you the site that I am talking about and you can try it for your self.
