help with psu

I am upgrading my psu and am wondering if this psu is compliant and will run efficiant with my system.

Specs

AMD Athlon 64 X2 (AM2) 5200+
Asus M2N-SLI-DELUXE motherboard
4GB (4x1GB) G.Skill ddr2 pc2-6400 800mhz
XFX 8800gts OC 320mb
1x 400GB SATAII 16MB

I've got one of those. Real good psu. Make sure to get the modular version unless you don't mind the extra cables.
