Using Two External Drives At Once?

i want to get a western digital my book 750 gig external drive but one ebay i could get two 500 gig drives for less money..so i was wondering if this would cause me any problems running the two 500 gigs at once plus my 250 gig internal.

Oh its very tough job to using Two External Drives At Once..so what are your planes how you have to manage all this..you have to worked a lot to make this possible and according to your pc specifications i don't think that you have to need all this so try may be it could setup properly..

it doesnt make a difference how many usb or firewire devices you have plugged in.

right now i have my camera, ipod, and 2 externals plugged it. no problems

and why are you saying that this person wouldn't need this?

ever head of storing files? it doesnt matter what the specs of your computer are, you can still have lots of stuff. maby he has a huge music collection and a home dv camcorder.

those things take up like 15gb per tape on the hard drive.

You shouldn't have any problems using two external drives at a time , I 'm running 2 WD 160gb and a 500GB my book at once on my system.


jbrown456 you are right about that Serious Chatter most of his threads make no since at all and simply annoy people who are trying to help others.
