Aight so basically the whole problem is random disconnecting or just really high spikes of my internet... Yes I know...maybe this has something to do with the internet. I called Comcast and they came only to find that my wires have been eatin through by some damn squirrels. So he patched those up and told me to update my firmware on my linksys router. I did this and tried to get back on the internet and I did with incredible download speeds. I try to watch videos but they won't buffer all the way and when I am randomly on vent, I will get spikes of about 12k. I called Comcast and they said everything was fine. So I checked for virus' and I had 2. Deleted those and STILL have a problem...I cannot fully download anything, I randomly disconnect from vent, and I cannot watch videos..

I believe my firewall setting are fine.. I haven't changed a thing in the last week or so and I just got this problem about 2 days ago.

My router is fine...just updated firewall and had Comcast guy come out (plus this lights r all stable) and I am not wireless

Hmmm

Then I really don't know what's wrong... Have you checked your internet connection settings?

It doesn't sounds like a virus...

he posted one a few days ago wen he was getting an error at boot up and he had some spyware in it that was making the error come up but I removed it 4 him but he could have more cuz I was only lookin at the stuff from the error and couldn't find anything else but he said he removed 2 viruses

Can you point me to his thread?

EDIT:
Nevermind found it.

What you did to solve the problem is that you fixed the BHO which was "file missing" the spywares aren't gone. Removing them with HJT is not enough.

Please post a new HJT log
