Weird Gamepad problem.

I have a Blazepro Cyclone Gamepad. I play Test Drive: Unlimited, DiRT, and NBA Live 07 with it.

Here's a pic of it.

It runs fine on DiRT.

Weird thing in NBA Live, I want to use the D-Pad to call plays for my team. So when I assign a button, nothing happens. The slot remains blank.

In Test Drive, I feel as if the car isn't stepping on the gas or brake as much. It takes forever to slow down and my car feels slow. I was playing on a keyboard before buying the gamepad last week.

Oh yeah, when I assign a command for the left analog stick, it says DPAD, but it works fine.

That just sounds like the game can't handle all of the button options that you have, so it just chooses to recognize some of your buttons. I don't think there's much you can do with it, unless a patch comes out to rectify that situation...

Dammit... Should I disable some commands and just use the keyboard for them?

And how about the weird problem I have with Test Drive?
