actually i am looking for some free-ware about windows layout.
i mean i wanna be able to change the layout of my windows.
like windows login image and the starting time downloading image also internal looks i mean everything i wanna create a complete theme for windows tell me if you know any free-ware for this.

you can google Xp themes and you will find a million, but am not sure about a freeware, theme creator, i know stylebuilder allows you to create themes, but it's not free.
as for log in screens you have LogonXp, it's not free either

This isn't free either, but its a wonderful program. I don't know of any freeware programs.
