Is it possible for a particular Trojan Virus to be infected with the graphic card drivers? I suspect this was so when my av program detected a Trojan in the AtiTool.exe and it was not able to be deleted. How to do about it?

just so you kno atitool.exe is not your video card drivers its a overclocking tool

It might be able to stay in your Video Cards Memory or RAM Memory.. Even when you reboot its still in the memory.
