With the bios showing the first memory's speed instead of the new memory's 667mhz you have to manually set the timings on the new pair in the dram timings section found in the advanced or advanced chipset section of the bios. Review the board's user manual for instructions and illustrations for how to enter that section.
For the DDR2 800 memory here the initial post saw 667mhz until entering the 4-4-4-14 timings and setting the memory setting to 800 not auto. A screen shot from the Asus board here wouldn't help you with the Foxconn model there. That's why you have to review the manual that comes with that board. First know what the Cas Latency timings are for manually entering those.

The PC eye... Hopefully you get an email back since theres been a reply. Umm i've just found this comment on Newegg 
"These sticks can run at CL4 at stock speeds! I have mine currently OC'd to 800Mhz and theyre still stable at 4-4-4-12 timings. At 5-5-5-15 I reach about 866Mhz." ( http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820208246 ) Do you think I could over clock my ram with out killing it with the heat? (120mm intake, 120mm exhaust.. in my computer)

Extended ocing will have a tendency to lower the longevity of the memory. Even with seing low temps you are placing additional stresses on any hardware.
But even with all of the oc options here I generally keep things stock to see the best stability under loads since I do more multiasking anyways. You have to find out where the most stable setting is whenever you oc memory or the cpu. Most will go for the lower Cas of the 4-4-4-12 you see there.

Running lower timming will not hurt your ram at all or shorten it life time. Voltage is the killer, as long as you dont overvolt way out of spec. to get it there it will be fine
That's the thing. Many will play around with the voltages and end up cooking their memory from not paying attention. Memory is the most sensitive hardware concern there. Here the memory is set to 1.8v if not on auto rather then rasing it upto 2v or higher to avoid any potential harm. That's the same as what is seen for the memory you have there specifying 1.8v.

Hey guys. I found this pdf document for my ram(http://www.transcendusa.com/Support/DLCenter/Datasheet/TS2GDDR2-6K_2345_S.pdf)... Could someone please help me understand what timings I should set my RAM at? I don't really want to OC at the moment. So I just want to run the ram at it's stock speed.
