Ok, we recently moved, had to remove all the cables from the computer, after the move everything works rite but the printer, it will scan, and copy, but when you try to print it just stays in the buffer, acts like it is not even connected, but you can scan to the computer and that works. I have a HPPraviion 734n, with a HP deskjet f340 All-in-one printer.

Have to tried to uninstall and reinstall the drivers? If not, try that. Sometimes a simple restart of the PC wil solve that "buffering" problem. Not always, though. I always have problems w/ my printer.

Thanks for the reply, yes I did all of that still no worky, I'm not sure I have the cable in the right port, if not would it scan?

If it's scanning, then everything should be plugged in correctly. Click here. Check and see if there are any software patches available for your operating system. Browse the site for troubleshooting info.

No, you hate All-In-Ones :D

They seems to break ALOT more than regular printers...

(Just noticed there was an recall of my printer 4 years ago )

That's a good point. Do you think it's better to use an independent, USB scanner?

I have used both over the years. I really like the all in ones. Especially since my wife is computer dumb. It is much easier for her to just put something on the all in one scanner and have it print, rather than having to have the computer on, open up a scanner app, then have it print out on a seperate printer.

It saves me so much time and frustration from having to do it for her.
