7600Gt, Good Choice

Well, as i am not a gamer and wanted something to replace my on baord graphics card. i went with the 7600Gt and seems to be doing ok. I just played Call Of Duty 4 and ran it for an hour with no problems and GFX temp was at 53c at the highest. Is that good... Love the graphics on COD 4, cant imagine what it is like on the 8800gt or something comparable.. This is more than enough for me. Just want to say thanks to everyone that helped me pick out this card and also am running a 500w psu with dual +12v rails at 16a and 17a, and have my pc hooked up to my stereo, great sound on COD4 as well...Thank You everyone...............
 
The 7600GT is the best valued card for the "sometime" gamer. I have seen some screenshots of COD 4 and it is absolutely amazing. It even lags the 8800GTX.
 
I ran it on the optimal settings, didnt change anything and it was just amazing, I felt like I was really their..lol

Really? Then why doesn't it lag the 7600GT? :confused:

Yup, the 7600GT is a great card, i have the BFG OC version and I can say it was the smarter choice when I bought it. It has definitely increased my gaming potential. Congratulations my friend! :)
